Arrow Accelerator User Agreement

Welcome to Arrow Accelerator（! Please read this Agreement carefully before using this application and related services. By continuing to use the app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

• Application: Refers to the software “Arrow Accelerator” installed and used on your device.
• Services: Refers to VPN acceleration, network proxy, and related functions provided through the Application.
• Company (hereinafter “we” or “us”): Refers to the operator of Arrow Accelerator.
• Device: Refers to any electronic terminal capable of running this Application, including smartphones, tablets, or computers.
• You: Refers to the user who accesses or uses the Services.

2. Conditions of Use

• 1.You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. Minors must stop using the Services.
• 2.Before using the Services, you must agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, which explains in detail how we collect and use your personal information.
• 3.If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, do not use or access the Application.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

This Application provides auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases.

• Subscription Content: Subscribing grants access to high-speed and stable VPN nodes, with unlimited data usage.
• Subscription Periods: Available on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Prices are subject to those displayed in the App Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew, and your account will be charged.
• Account Billing: Fees will be charged to your Apple ID account.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings. If canceled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Trial and Refunds: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled in advance. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

This Application may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

5. Termination of Use

If you violate this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice. After termination, you will no longer be able to use the Services.

6. Disclaimer

• 1.The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of being error-free, uninterrupted, or meeting all of your expectations.
• 2.We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
• 3.To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the actual amount you paid within the Application.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• In case of disputes, you should first contact us via email to seek an amicable resolution.

8. Compliance Statement

You represent and warrant that:

• 1.You are not located in a region subject to U.S. government embargoes or sanctions.
• 2.You are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If major changes occur, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
